Shipping & Returns

Shipping instructions

All orders are shipped by USPS first class mail service. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. All single packages are shipped free of charge.

Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request..

Please allow 4-10 days for first class mail shipping. Please allow 24hrs once your order has processed to track your order. Once your order has been processed no change can be made to the shipment. Any information for the driver where to leave the package please add to the comments section and we will add to the shipping label. We are not responsible for packages left on doorsteps.

All orders are processed between normal business days and working hours which is between 9am to 5pm. The following are considered to be non-business days.

New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Season (December 24-December 31).

We ship globally to all countries and price is based on the weight and destination. We use USPS first class international mail service. A customs number is allocated to each package which allows us to track the package to the customs of the delivered country. We are not responsible for any customs charges or taxes. Length of delivery is not guaranteed and can be anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks.

If you wish to change the carrier please tell us in the comments section and we will price you for the difference in cost.

All Payments are invoiced and collected by credit card through PayPal, no information is stored on our servers and are totally secured by PayPal, (the leading payment gateway).

Returns and Warranty

Items may be returned for a full refund within a 14-day period. Item must be in its original packaging a and free from any scratches dents or signs of wear. If you received free shipping on your item a fee of $10 will be imposed to cover the free shipping to your destination, and deducted from the refund amount. You are responsible for shipping fees back to our warehouse and are responsible if lost in transit. Tracking number is preferable to ensure we received the item.

We warrant to replace any defective product within the 14-day period or repair for free within a 1 year period from date of original purchase. Customer must enclose receipt.

*Replacement or warranty repair will be void in the following cases.

Defects or damages caused by external impact or drop.

Defects caused by failing to comply with the instructions specified in the instruction leaflet.

Defects of the product after the 1-year period.

As in the case of the golf bracelet, ball marker must be returned with bracelet or otherwise returns will not be acepted and no refund given.
