Shipping instructions
All orders are shipped by USPS first class mail service within 24hrs. Your shipping charge will vary depending on how many items are in your order. All single packages are shipped free of charge within the USA.
Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request..
Please allow between 3 -5 days for your item to arrive using USPS first class mail, shipped within the USA and bewteen 10 to 21 days for international . Please allow 24hrs once your order has processed to track your order. Once your order has been processed no change can be made to the shipment. Any information for the driver where to leave the package please add to the comments section and we will add to the shipping label. We are not responsible for packages left on doorsteps.
All orders are processed between normal business days and working hours which is between 9am to 5pm. The following are considered to be non-business days.
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Season (December 24-December 31).
We ship globally to most countries and price is based on the weight and destination. We use USPS first class international mail service. A customs number is allocated to each package which sometimes allows us to track the package up to customs departure within the USA, we cannot however track after it leaves the united states and cannot guarantee delivery of the package once it leaves the USA. We are not responsible for any customs charges or taxes. Length of delivery is not guaranteed and can be anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks.
DUE TO FRAUD COMMITTED ON INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES NO ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT THE ADDRESS BEING CONFIRMED BY PAYPAL AND BY BIO HEATH JEWELRY. A PHONE NUMBER MUST BE SUBMITTED IN THE CUSTOMER INFORMATION PAGE. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO BUSINESS OR P.O. BOXES ONLY THE ADDRESS LINKED TO THE SPECIFIC CREDIT CARD.
If you wish to change the carrier to get full tracking please tell us in the comments section and we will price you for the difference in cost.
All Payments are invoiced and collected by credit card through PayPal's payment gateway (no PayPal account is needed), no information is stored on our servers and are totally secured by PayPal, (the leading payment gateway).
Returns and Warranty
Items may be returned for a full refund within a 14-day period. Item must be in its original packaging and free from any scratches dents or signs of wear. If you received free shipping on your item within the USA a fee of $5 will be imposed to cover the free postage and packing to your destination, and will be deducted from the refund amount. If the item was shipped international, the shipping fee you paid is not refundable and you are also responsible for shipping fees back to our warehouse and are responsible if lost in transit. Tracking number is preferable to ensure we received the item.
Please note free shipping as quoted on each item is for single item shipments only, multiple shipments are priced a shipping fee accordingly, this fee again is not refundable if items are returned without any fault reported on the item.

All item sizes are quoted as approximate we cannot gauretee that the sizes shown are to the exact inch and can vary from 1/4" to 3/8". It is advisable to put a comment in the comments box if you wish to know the exact size of the item purchased, we will gladly email you with a 24 hr period.
We warrant to replace any defective product within the 14-day period or repair for free within a 1 year period from date of original purchase. Customer must enclose receipt, and is responsible to pay for shipping to the address as shown above.
*Replacement or warranty repair will be void in the following cases.
Defects or damages caused by external impact or drop.
Defects caused by failing to comply with the instructions specified in the instruction leaflet.
Defects of the product after the 1-year period.
As in the case of the golf bracelet, ball marker must be returned with bracelet or otherwise returns will not be accepted and no refund given.
